Atmos Funded Prop Trading Firm started in 2019 with four people, two of them ex-risk managers from a London execution desk and two developers who were tired of rebuilding the same broken trader dashboard. The idea was narrow: allocate capital to people who can manage risk, and make the rules readable in under five minutes.
Seven years later the desk allocates across 90+ countries and has released more than $41 million to traders, but the rulebook is still one page long.
